Born from a strategic alliance with the Malaysian Embassy in China, MIDA and MJZ, we have evolved from cross-border headhunting into a full-spectrum partner: AI workflow automation, Employer of Record services, expatriate visa and consulting, and Malaysia's first self-hosted AI Deployment Service — all under one roof, across Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai.
The Spark: The "Invisible" Gap
Huntier didn’t start in a boardroom; it started on university campuses across China. As Malaysian students and businessmen living in China for years, we saw a glaring disconnect. Thousands of brilliant Malaysian talents graduated from top Chinese universities, yet upon returning home, they struggled to find their place. The bridge was missing.
The Alliance: Service Before Profit
We formed a strategic alliance with the Embassy of Malaysia in Beijing, MIDA, and MJZ. Operating as a mission-driven NGO, we successfully placed hundreds of graduates, proving that cultural fit is just as important as technical skill.

We codified our cross-border expertise into Huntier AI — agent-based workflow automation, microservices architecture, and Malaysia's first self-hosted AI Deployment Service.
